Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions
- Vouchers are valid for 18 months from purchase.
- Vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or other denominated vouchers.
- If an intended purchase is for a higher amount than the face value of the voucher(s), the difference can be made up with a card payment or cash payment. If it is less, then change cannot be given.
- Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any special promotions, discount tokens, coupons or cards.
- Vouchers cannot be sold to any third parties without our consent. If we do give our consent then such consent may be subject to any conditions which we impose. In any event, you may not sell the vouchers through the internet without our express written consent, which you must obtain before making any such sale. We reserve the right at all times to refuse to permit any sale of vouchers by you to a third party.
- Our gift vouchers will be dispatched to you immediately via email.
Cancellation and return procedure
The purchaser of the voucher is entitled to a 14-day ‘cooling-off’ period provided the gift voucher is returned unused and with the original receipt within 14 days of purchase, after which a full refund will be made. If you need to return a gift voucher, please email info@stubbers.co.uk

We visited as a family group, 6 adults, four children and three generations. We were very impressed with how well thought through the experience was, and were particularly pleased that there is a limit put on the number of people who can visit at any time. This meant the park felt spacious and all the activities were available for the children, with no queueing necessary. The free activities were ample to keep children aged 5, 8, 10 and 13 engaged throughout the day. This helped make it an economical day out. The cabins made a welcome shady place for us to picnic in. Staff were helpful and cheerful, and the facilities were clean. I am sure we will return for further adventures.

We had an amazing day at Stubbers Adventure Park! The activities were exciting, well organised, and suitable for all ages. The staff were friendly, encouraging, and made everyone feel safe and welcome throughout the day. The facilities were clean and well maintained, and there was a fantastic variety of adventures to choose from. It's the perfect place for families, school trips, or anyone looking for a fun outdoor experience. We made some brilliant memories and will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended

Thoroughly enjoyed a day out here with the family. We didn't book any activities but made use of the playground/picnic areas and walks by the lakes. Everything was in excellent condition and the park was very clean. We got some lunch from the nice cafe on site. Entry prices were very fair. We will definitely be returning.
