The course syllabus ensures that you will have the skills to check the weather forecast, calculate tides, use charts to identify safe water and understand the rudiments of the rules for prevention of collision at sea. You will learn to safely manoeuvre your PWC at slow and at high speed as well emergency procedures such as picking up a crew member overboard and towing.
Location: Stubbers Adventure Centre. Meet at the Welcome Centre
Timings: Course starts at 9:00am
Equipment provided: PWC (Seedoo two seaters), fuel, buoyancy aids, wetsuits, course written resources all provided by Stubbers.
Age: Age 12 +. Candidates 17 and under are required to have a responsible adult 18+ to be booked onto the course with them.
Food: There is a coffee shop on site or you may bring a packed lunch and refreshments.

We visited as a family group, 6 adults, four children and three generations. We were very impressed with how well thought through the experience was, and were particularly pleased that there is a limit put on the number of people who can visit at any time. This meant the park felt spacious and all the activities were available for the children, with no queueing necessary. The free activities were ample to keep children aged 5, 8, 10 and 13 engaged throughout the day. This helped make it an economical day out. The cabins made a welcome shady place for us to picnic in. Staff were helpful and cheerful, and the facilities were clean. I am sure we will return for further adventures.

We had an amazing day at Stubbers Adventure Park! The activities were exciting, well organised, and suitable for all ages. Thoroughly enjoyed a day out here with the family. We didn't book any activities but made use of the playground/picnic areas and walks by the lakes. Everything was in excellent condition and the park was very clean. We got some lunch from the nice cafe on site. Entry prices were very fair. We will definitely be returning.
