This course covers the essentials of managing immediate, potentially life-threatening incidents in a systematic manner. It is ideal for anyone who may be required to take charge at an outdoor incident, where assistance may not be immediately available. This 1-day (8 hour) course is suitable for many outdoor instructor awards and National Governing Body requirements.

- Defibrillator pad placement (theory based)
- Minor and severe bleeding
- Role of the first aider (including knowledge of health and safety regulations)

Location: Stubbers Adventure Centre. Meet at the Welcome Centre
Timings: Course starts at 9:00am finish no later than 6pm.
Age: 18+
All equipment provided.
Food: There is a coffee shop on site or you may bring a packed lunch and refreshments.
