SUP yoga is where you practice yoga on the water, with the stand-up paddleboard as your mat. No experience of yoga or SUP is needed as classes are tailored to your ability. SUP is suitable for everyone from beginners looking for something new to experienced yogis who want that extra challenge.
Each class is £25 – this includes board hire, wet suits and buoyancy aid hire if needed (you can wear normal yoga clothes but be prepare as you may fall in!) Classes are led by experienced yoga teacher and SUP yoga instructor, Vikki.
Classes commence on Thursday 20th July and run every Thursday evening at 6.30pm and Saturday mornings at 9.30am lasting 1 hour (approx.) Starts 20th July and places are filling up fast!
