That’s the question we are asking all our loyal customers, fans, visitors and acquaintances of Stubbers Adventure Centre as part of our “Save Our Stubbers” campaign.
If you haven’t already – please sign the petition here and learn more about the sale of the Stubbers land by Havering Council.
We would like to share your thoughts, pictures, drawings with the world and show not only Havering Council what Stubbers is all about but pull together as a community and find out more about individuals and Group experiences, past and present.
For the last 15 years we have been lucky enough to welcome many different, schools, groups, families and individuals to the Stubbers Centre and hope to do so for many more years to come!
You will also shortly be able to download a paper petition to hand out at your School, office or community gathering.
Please send any details to info@stubbers.co.uk with the heading “What does Stubbers mean to you?”
Stubbers is a great facitility we have been using it for 2 & a half – 3 years now and has been very instrumental in helping lots of our youngsters aged 11 – 16yrs overcome fears and anxieties aswell as learning to work well as a team, besides the fact its a great fun day out – it would be a huge loss if this facitlity was withdrawn – PLEASE PLEASE Reconsider!! – Sanchia Nash & Chris Hirst – Youth Leaders – The Hub Youth Club, Wivenhoe, Essex.
I first went on a residential trip to Stubber’s with my fellow Year 6′s. We had such a great time in the Adventure park. Every evening we’d go there after our activities had finished just to play and enjoy the hand glider. The days were full of wonderful activities including kayaking, canoeing, open sailing, quad biking, abseiling, rock climbing and archery. I loved competing with my best friends and it was such a wonderful weekend. We also got to sit together and watch the Eurovision Song Contest one evening. The experience was truly memorable and I will always reminisce them.
